Fort Smith CC is owned by some really great people. A few years ago, the staff was less knowledgeable about celiac and I got glutened a couple times which was a major bummer. However, they have recently made a lot of changes to educate themselves and their staff on the severity of celiac disease and cross contamination. They are making a lot of moves to provide safe options and to know when its not safe.

The staff will tell you there is currently cross contamination risk with the gf food options since they are made on shared equipment. I'm hoping they are able to provide some celiac safe options one day as well.

As for now, I would avoid the food if you are celiac but if you are sensitive/intolerant the gf options should be ok :)

Absolutely great avocado toast! And bread is available for sandwiches as well! They also have gluten/dairy free peanut butter cookies that are delicious! Options are not listed on menu so make sure to ask!
