I’ve eaten here multiple times without issues. Nothing is labeled gf however staff is highly knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend to anyone with celiac as I’ve never gotten sick

Did not feel safe, waitress was annoyed that we asked about gluten. Had a house salad ($9 for half a plate of iceberg lettuce). Manager told us that the gf cake was made at same time with other dessert.

Server was very knowledgeable and helpful. She wouldn’t hesitate to ask the chef any question. Great experience. Lots of choices and excellent food. Will definitely go back.

Server was very kind about dietary needs and I was given GF white fish and green beans. It was very delicious. I do wish they had rice or something but I can’t complain :)

I went here with a friend who has celiac disease. It is a restaurant I go to frequently, but I had never taken her there. As always, the food was fantastic. The waiter was very well informed about celiac disease. He explained which entrees could be made gluten free. Of the approximately 15 entrees, 12 of them could be made gluten free. He was aware of the difference between celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. He explained that the gluten free entrees would be made in separate, clean pans using clean utensils. Rice flour would be used in place of wheat flour to make the sauces. We ordered maple mustard ribs, filet mignon, and whitefish. All three entrees were fantastic and the sides were delicious. My friend did not get "glutened", in other words she had no reaction to the food she ate, and said it was one of the best meals (or three) she's had in months. The menu does not have the items marked as gluten free. You just need to ask your server which items can be made gluten free. I would definitely recommend Four Roses.

Very nice restaurant. They can fix meals for gluten & dairy free needs. Be sure to inform your server. Have not had any reaction. Great service. Gourmet flavors.
