We called ahead and asked if there were gluten free options available. They said that moo goo gai pan, shrimp with lobster sauce or the chicken with rice noodle and vegetable, could be safely made. They started with a clean pan. Within ten minutes, our dinners were served. I choose the rice noodle dish, my dining companion had brocolli beef. It looked really good too. Prompt, courteous service. Will update if I have any issues.
