Four Seasons Asian Fusion

I've dined here many times since opening. Owner and servers have been great! They now offer a gf soy sauce for celiacs but you'll need to ask for food to be made with it. I've learned Beef is marinated in non-gf soy sauce so if you're ordering a beef meal ask for fresh sliced non-marinated beef that can be cooked in steamer. Ive had many meals here and enjoyed them all--chicken with cornstarch based white sauce with mixed vegetables and white rice is a favorite. I've enjoyed their egg drop soup and cucumber rolls. This restaurant is well received locally and many rave over their large variety of sushi/sashimi rolls and lunch special options and prices (11-3pm) on social media. It can sometimes take longer than expected for food when busy so be aware. They have upstairs seating that can accommodate larger groups. They are also great about accommodating my friends who have other dietary needs. If you have concerns, ask for Kat. She's been helpful to our crew.
