They cannot cook the pizza on a pan - so it goes straight in the oven with the normal pizzas. Only option was a salad.

Celiac here. This is down right the best gluten-free GF pizza I’ve ever had including pizza from Italy. It’s not only very similar to wheat pizza (those who eat with me are no Celiacs and they can’t tell the difference), they never gluten (poison) me.
