When I called to place my order and explained that I have a serious gluten allergy, they offered to make my wings in a separate fryer. The staff was so courteous and the wings were delicious. I didn’t feel sick at all after. Only downside is that I don’t think there are a ton of gluten free options besides wings, but if you called they might be able work with you!
