We went here on a not-too-busy Monday evening. No info on the menu itself, but wait staff appeared to know what was gluten free, although they weren’t sure what exactly gluten was, they had clearly been told what was safe. They were able to check with kitchen staff. We ordered the elotes dip which was pretty good, if a bit salty. I was able to eat the salmon with succotash without substitutions, and it was quite good. Didn’t look at desert options.

Be very careful. My server was not knowledgeable. Early evening on a Monday-not crowded. I asked for recommendations based on gf/ Celiac. Went with steak and mashed potatoes. I had to change order when server indicated potatoes not gf (ok, better safe than sorry) but then they brought a “surprise “ dessert… of gluten. Glad we asked, just wish they had been sensitive enough to indicate not gf.

From scratch kitchen. Can alter most menu items to accommodate dietary issues. Fabulous food.

Fox Gardin is a scratch kitchen that has amazing food and takes food allergies seriously. The filet and mashed potatoes are amazing! The Troy burger with the gluten free bun is so good also!
