Review of Fox's Pizza Den

One of the best GF pizza I've had!!! the crust was actually crunchy and not like a lot of other GF crusts that can be soggy. very fresh ingredients. it's a local business. talked with the owner. he is aware they cannot make it 100% celiac friendly because "There's flour floating in the air", his words. but great he recognizes that. he said they do their best to reduce cross contamination, changing gloves, separate baking sheet and pizza cutting. the ice cream is also incredible! Hand churned, made fresh in their store. they also deliver in a 9 mile radius.
