I don’t want this place to get too busy, but I feel like I owe them a great review. The food is always phenomenal, and they are super attentive/dedicated to gluten “allergy” concerns. This is the perfect combo of American Diner meets simple Mexican restaurant. They have great options for both, and I’m usually torn between options. I feel like they could maybe be adventurous with the Mexican offerings (if I had to be picky) but maybe it’s a good thing that I done have more options to struggle choosing.

Wonderful gluten-free food. I have never gotten sick here and the staff is amazing. I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant; they have two locations and both of them were fantastic. I always get their gluten-free pancakes and they’re so good! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!

This place is tiny but delicious. They have a good selection of GF options, and their fryer is dedicated GF too! So don't skip out on the fried plantains! One of my favorite brunch spots! I've never gotten sick and have been here many times.

Went there because of the great reviews about the GF pancakes. They WERE good, and the staff was knowledgeable and attentive. They said that they can make almost everything on the menu GF. My omnivore friends were also very happy with their sandwich plates. I can’t comment on safety since I am intolerant, not celiac.

I have eaten here a few times and have had a great experience each time! The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Our waitress apologized for a little bit of a longer wait due to the kitchen staff cleaning the surfaces before cooking my order. Delicious food, highly recommend!

Went for breakfast yesterday and it was excellent. GF toast, home fries were all good. My friend said her omelette special was delicious. Will try the pancakes next time I’m there. Felt fine after - definitely recommend

Amazing the waitress knew exactly what I could and couldn’t have on the menu . Was very aware of cross contamination. The pancakes were amazing !!!! I highly recommend this place as a celiac !!

The gluten-free pancakes were a huge disappointment after having read all the great reviews here. They tasted like plain rice and had absolutely no flavor. Plus, the texture was mushy. That said, my husband enjoyed his meal, and the service was great, so I gave it three stars.

Cute little place, small inside! The waitresses are very nice and work together well. Very knowledgeable of gluten free and made my meal perfect! Would definitely come again.

The good and staff were amazing! They were so accommodating for gluten allergies. They have gluten free pancakes, toast, French Toast and lots of proteins to choose from. What a great find for American and Latin American food!

This is my new favorite restaurant! I have had both breakfast and lunch options without a reaction. The menu isn’t marked, but the staff is friendly and willing to ask the kitchen.

This place is excellent! They have many options for breakfast and Mexican food. They are super nice. We have never had any cross contamination issues here at all, and are impressed with all the extra precautions they take.

Amazing breakfast! Staff very knowledgeable! Pancakes, French toast and breakfast sandwiches are all available. They said if you want gluten free muffins to call ahead and they will accommodate! Highly recommend

Delicious American and Mexican breakfast and lunch. Chef Edgar takes great care when notified of food allergies. Gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options are plentiful! They often have dairy free "cheese", which is a real bonus. I feel safe eating here!
