Have eaten the GF crust several times without getting sick. Good flavor.
Double check with the kitchen to make sure they cook it in separate area or on a pan — they might default to using the same wood-fired grill otherwise.
(Disclaimer: I generally avoid cross-contamination, shared fryer, but am not as extremely sensitive as some people here are. One bite of food with actual wheat in it (breading, soy sauce) will cause me to have an immediate immune reaction, however, so I have a decent sense of when I’ve been glutened within a few minutes.)
