I accidentally ordered non-gf fries and they 1) asked me if that was an accident and 2) fixed it free of charge!! Incredible attention to gluten and have never had an issue :)

Staff were very knowledgeable. I was able to eat a burger, chili fries, and a shake safely. The kitchen staff cleans the area, uses separate cookware, has a dedicated fryer, and uses a separate blender for shakes. I double checked with everyone just in case, it sounds like they may use malt for some of their shakes, so be sure to ask. Also, since the restaurant is vegan my wife was able to eat everything with ease.

The servers were kind, helpful and the fries were good, but the burgers tasted gross. I didn’t know it was going to be an entirely plant-based restaurant. However, I’ve been to others that actually offer very delicious food, so that usually doesn’t bother me. But the Impossible Burgers were overpriced and very unappetizing.
You can ask for the fries to be fried in a gluten-free fryer, which is awesome and so appreciated.
Please keep in mind that the oat milk they use for shakes is made from certified gluten-free oats, just in case you are symptomatic. Most oats have cross-contamination, so be aware of the risk.

As someone with Celiac and a dairy allergy, I could not recommend Francis enough. They have a mobile ordering system and are very clear about what is and is not GF and how to request your food to be prepared with attention to cross-contamination. I loved the juicy lucy, buffalo fries, and chocolate shake!

As a celiac, sometimes you just want some damn fries and a kick ass drink. This is the place to go.
The fryer is GF. Classic shoestring fries! The Paper Plane, drink of the day when I was last there, was an amazing bourbon summer drink. The floral and tart notes with high proof bourbon were perfectly balanced. I had a chance to sample other drinks on the menu as well. The bartender(s) who created their drink menu knows what they are doing.
The bonus was the Garlic Girl, a house made black bean burger. The staff was very knowledgeable about any substitutions that I needed to make to make it Celiac safe. It was even annotated on the ticket.
10/10 will be back again soon.

Great plant based burgers, dedicated gf prep space and dedicated gf fryer! Fries are also really good. Nice to be able to go to a cider spot and be able to get a great, safe meal to go with your drink. Looking forward to trying other items.

Amazing experience and food! You can indicate when you are ordering that you have Celiac so they know to take extra precaution. Dedicated fryers. Delicious vegan burgers and fries!

We went to the food truck outside or Sociable Cider Werks. They not only have a majority of their menu gluten free (not dedicated gluten free facility) but are also 100% dairy free! They specifically ask if you avoid gluten, are intolerant but ok with shared cooking services or need completely separate/no cross contamination. I would say this is a great find! The food is pretty good (I would like real leaf lettuce and a slice of tomato over diced) but the fact they have sooo many gluten free & dairy free options. Even my Midwest raised finance, who loves meat, said the food was pretty good. The chili was by far the best.

Great plant based burgers available on a gluten free bun, served with fries and a secret sauce. The gluten-free ice cream sandwich was to die for.
