Menu noted to speak to management about allergies. I spoke to person at front desk and waiter to make them aware. Waiter had no training in what Celiac meant and although he assured me he understood and spoke to chef , he brought us tuna tartare with soy sauce (not gluten free ) on the plate and fried chips on top and told us it was safe. After questioning him , he said to just take chips off. I felt very unsafe eating there after that incident.
