Review of Frankie & Jo's Capitol Hill

Cones up this is the best ice cream I have ever eaten! Everything is plant-based, gluten-free & vegan. We tried every single flavor they had available. It was really tough to make a decision just to one flavor when they all were beyond delicious. For my waffle cone, I had the chocolate tahini cookie & My wifey had the mint brownie.
