Frankie Tocco's has a gluten free pizza crust. It was very good--I have Italian sausage, mushrooms, and onions with extra cheese. I'm not sure how the preparation is done but the servers all know about the gluten free pizza crust (small size only) and gluten free toppings. There isn't a gluten free menu and no gluten free appetizers. I am allergic to wheat not a celiac. I took stars off because there weren't other options but the pizza was really good.
