I’ve eaten here twice, and I have Celiac. The first time, the server was really knowledgeable and helpful. The second time, not so much. However, I didn’t get sick either time. Chips are not GF due to the fryer. I ordered crispy tacos with chicken, but I had to substitute soft corn tortillas for the crispy shell because the crispy shells are fried in a cross contaminated fryer. Refried beans and rice were GF. The second time, I was given a dairy free meal. (Why do people think that GF is dairy free?!). Better safe than sorry, I guess. The shredded chicken is tasty! Staff is very friendly, but I had to spend a lot of time teaching the second waitress what I needed. I asked for a manager, but the manager never came. I was in a group of 9 people, so I’m glad I was able to eat and not get sick! Food was tasty, but I have no idea what items are actually GF—no menu, no manager. I just chose what seemed the simplest item on the menu.

I am not celiac, but have a thyroid condition that leads me to eat gluten free. I asked if the brisket tacos could be made gluten free, they told me they could cook the corn tortillas in a separate pan, and that the meat, mash potatoes and caso cheese sauce all is GF. We split them, and they were very good!
