I’ve worked part-time at this restaurant. I also have Celiac Disease. I’ve seen firsthand the care that goes into making sure the gluten-free menu items are prepared safely and without cross-contact when the staff are notified of a patron with Celiac or an allergy.
There are lots of menu items available that are marked as gluten-free on the menu with a GF and the portions are great! They grind the beef for the burgers daily so they are fresh, not frozen. They make fresh soup daily that is also gluten-free. I love knowing that I can get fried pickles (house made), fried chicken wings, fried fish and French fries (cut daily) without the risk of cross-contact as they have a dedicated gluten-free fryer. I can get a great turkey melt or burger with a gluten-free bread option and they have a flourless gluten-free chocolate cake. They aim for fresh ingredients and make the majority of everything in-house.
