Review of Frank's Pizza & Pasta

They do have an amazing gluten free pizza but the problem is that it goes on a screen and into the same oven as gluten pizzas. There is a high risk that the gluten containing flour can come up through the screen and then contaminate your pizza. If you have a Celiac I would not recommend this as the risk of cross contamination is extremely high. The best they can do is wash the screen but it has had glutened pizzas on it at one point as the screens are all mixed in. Really bummed, just found this out - ate there once before and it was good but now knowing this, I won’t eat there. Wish they would have told me that prior to today as I had asked.
