I didn’t think you could make pizza taste that bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS “PIZZA”. You have to wait six hours to get this crumbly burnt cornbread garbage of a crust that I wouldn’t even feed my dog. Go somewhere else I promise.

Lots of gf options other than pizza that are phenomenal!! The fried oysters are so good and they are in cornmeal, just double check on if it’s a separate fryer. Gf pizza is hit or miss sometimes. Staff is super friendly and helpful navigating gluten free.

Called 6 hours ahead for their GF crust. I was generally excited to try it Becsuse pizza is tough for a celiac. Quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Papa Murphy’s GF pizza is 100 x better. Don’t waste the time.

Yuck! Their GF crust was a 1/2 inch cornbread crust. I cannot imagine it compliments any of their seemingly delicious pizzas. For a "high end" pizza restaurant I was very disappointed. Manager said they recently changed from a cauliflower crust to the cornbread.
The service was nice and everything was enjoyable. I just wish I would have further investigated. I was very excited to come here because it was on the gluten free app but not knowing that you had to call 6 hours ahead of time ruined it all. Very inconvenient for those who don't know where they're going for dinner 6 hours ahead of time.
Yes
Even if you don't call ahead for the pizza crust (or for any reason it doesn't work out), their risotto is also a delicious gluten free option! This is the go-to restaurant for my husband and I to get delicious food (safe for me) and excellent service.
This is Frank Harris, I own FRANK'S. To clarify what we do and do NOT do, I thought it very important for me to post what we print on our menus: "Many items on our menu are gluten free, HOWEVER OUR KITCHEN IS NOT, GLUTEN FREE. Please advise your server of any food allergies."
"We are happy to make your 12” pizza on a GLUTEN FREE crust. Because this dough has no gluten, it cannot be quickly hand stretched to order like our normal dough, but has to be pressed into a pizza pan before service starts. This requires advance notice, therefore we ask that you call ahead at least 6 hours in advance to reserve your gluten free crust. 318 230-7130"
Thanks and please come see us. Sincerely, Frank Harris

Check out the Gluten Free menu!!!
They have some AMAZING Gluten Free salads, caprese, fried oysters are made with corn meal, absolutely to die for... They also have a great gluten free pizza crust. They don't keep them on hand, but with a 6 hour notice they will have one ready for you. Well worth it!!!! Ask for the server Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options.
Must Try!!!!!
Great restaurant! From food to service, everything is good! New gluten free crust that is absolutely wonderful! You have to call ahead for gluten free but well worth it!!
