I used to work here and it is NOT safe for a celiac person. I would eat the vegan chili and the kale salad almost every day when I worked, and the cross contamination destroyed my body. Unless they've updated their protocols, they take very few precautions to prevent cross contamination. Stay away if you have celiac.

Good gluten free options for buns and drinks!
While there is no GF menu, we had a very good experience as our server was very knowledgeable and accomodating. you have to try an Auroch's beer if you go. Superb.

Lawrenceville location was out of GF buns at 7pm on a Tuesday night. Disappointing! I had to eat via fork.
Loved it! Unique, fun, and tasty! Server was knowledgeable about allergy needs. Can't have fries here (shared oil) but the GF buns were delicious (I also confirmed they are DF too in case anyone is wondering). Definitely would go back!
Franktuary has a thorough allergy guide and servers are knowledgeable of ingredients. They don't have a dedicated fryer, but do have GF buns for their hot dogs and sausages. Most of the creative hot dog toppings are GF. Also available are beef and vegan chili, salads, and soups. Lots of vegan options as well.
The owner has a gluten sensitivity so gluten free hot dog buns are labeled on the menu. The buns are so-so and I have no idea what other food items are gluten free friendly. Don't know about people with Celiac.
