Great hot dog and gf bun. Had a side salad with it. Enjoyed some GF beer with it :)
our experience was do good we ate there two days in a row. May, who prepared my hit dog, is careful and knowledgeable. wish they had a dedicated fryer is my only reason not to give 5 stars.

There's no separate prep space but I was happy to have a gluten-free bun since I was craving a hot dog. I found that it held up well under the chili I put on top. Both versions of their chili (vegan and beef) were gluten free as well. You have the option of a grass-fed beef or pork frank. I was happy to get a good price on a quick gluten-free lunch.
Although I appreciate a GF option, this was blah at best. The bun was cold and crumbled at first bite. The toppings were good but the dog was chewy. I haven't had a hot dog in years but this one wasn't that great. Fix the bun. Warm it or steam it and you'd have much better results! I would up leaving 3/4 of the bun in the wrapper and pitching it. Waste of $4 + tax
Franktuary has a thorough allergy guide and servers are knowledgeable of ingredients. They don't have a dedicated fryer, but do have GF buns for their hot dogs and sausages. Most of the creative hot dog toppings are GF. Also GF are the beef and vegan chili, sauerkraut, and pickles.
