Franz Bakery

It's a bread retailer. They do have gluten-free white bread, 7 grain, hamburger buns, bagels. The breads are good, of course they're better toasted. Hamburger buns are ok. I think they're too thick. I cut out the middle and toasted them, then they were great!

We get Franz bread in Redding CA where I live. Truly the only reason I decided to eat bread again. Love it!!!

You have got to try this bread! Franz bread has been around the Portland area since 1909 but just started making gf. They must have been working to perfect a gf loaf since 1909!!!! It's THAT GOOD! Best 7 grain bread I've had in my 15 years of gf diet!! Try it at Walmart or Market of Choice- now! We are taking 8 loaves back to Maryland!!

Best gluten free bread I've ever had. It's sold in all the stores in town but if you come to the outlet you save about $1 per loaf.
