They offer gluten free Italian balls, coming from Italy. The bread is supernice, and the sandwiches are prepared appart from others. The fillings are amazing!

Second visit, and their range of gluten free products just gets bigger and bigger. All the focaccia and pizzas can be made gluten free (with handmade dough; nothing prebought here). The staff really ‘get’ the gluten free thing. Although you can stand and eat at a high table, it’s mainly take out, but nonetheless as someone who’s lived in Amsterdam for 4 years, this is by far the best I’ve found.
