A short walk from cologne central station. A lovely setting and staff are nice. They have German and English menus and the menu is clearly labels with G for GF. There is an added €2 charge for GF buns which I feel is a little disappointing , a personal bug bare of mine but the burger did not disappoint it absolutely hit the spot. The burger was perfectly cooked and the toppings were excellent!

The fries do not have G next to them so I assume not gf. I didn’t risk it but the burger itself was sensational. Probably one of the best I’ve ever had!

Ich habe hier einen glutenfreien und veganen Burger gegessen mit Pommes. Ich habe Zöliakie und man wird hier sehr ernst genommen. Die Burger werden separat zubereitet und es gibt 2 Fritteusen, in denen nur Pommes zubereitet werden. Es war super lecker & ich hatte keinerlei Beschwerden im Anschluss.

I went here with a friend (who eats gluten) and both of us did not fell well after. We felt kind nauseous and weird on the stomach. I really don’t know if there was a gluten problem also involved or if it was something else. The burger was very taste.

What an absolutely amazing place this is. The food is some of the best I've had in a long time. Portion sizes are excellent value for money, and the staff are an absolute credit.

The burger patties were very well cooked and full of flavour. The fries were well salted and cooked perfectly. As well as this, the option to have (almost) everything available as gluten-free and / or vegan was a wonderful change of pace. The gluten free buns tasted amazing and were really soft, especially in comparison to what you normally get.

The staff seemed to know about cross contamination and it even said "coeliac disease" on our bill which made me feel a lot safer about eating there as most places i’ve been to do not even know what coeliac disease is.

On top of that, the staff had no problem taking out order in english and were very polite.

If you are ever looking for somewhere to eat, I would highly recommend Freddy Schilling.

Excellen burgers and friendly staff. We got the classic burger with GF bun. We'll definitely be back!

I had the best gf burger here since being diagnosed the staff were so friendly knew exactly what celiac was and what precautions they needed to take. I ended up going two nights in a row :)

Bester Burger in Köln. Die gf Buns werden getrennt aufgebacken. Es gibt auch vegetarische oder vegane Alternativen.

Very tastefull burgers. You can order every burger with glutenfree bread, but not every burger is glutenfree. The employee's were very frendly.

I ate here twice and also ordered once at home. All the burgers can be made with gf bun and they were very careful when I was there on how they prepared everything, even asking if I have a gluten allergy or if I am a celiac.

Best burgers in town. Every burger can be ordered with gluten-free bun. They will ask you if they have to toast it separately for you. The waitress are very kind and now where else it is such uncomplicated. I never felt sick after eating there. Additionally they offer vegetarian an vegan meat alternatives.
