How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Below Average

Went there because menu had a lot of GF items marked on the menu. Got there and questioned them on their cooking method. They don’t have a dedicated frier so it knocked out half of the GF items due to cross contamination.

Menu has gluten free items noted and server and hostess were both very familiar with Celiac and appropriate precautions. Owner has a family member with Celiac.
