French Crust Café and Bistro

Staff took good care of me when I ended up here desperately hungry after my original restaurant plan fell through. Had a shrimp, avocado and grapefruit salad. Manager spoke to me and server was helpful, too. If you order carefully and are very specific about your needs and restrictions, I think other celiacs can dine safely here. My non-celiac daughter liked her food as well.

Great experience for my wife with Celiac Disease and dairy intolerance. French Crust is a welcoming bistro adjacent to Findlay Market. The staff were very knowledgeable of the menu and communicated well. When ordering, the server worked with the chef to bring multiple options. She had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection, and the chef made a delicious GF/DF citrus sauce to accompany the dish. One of the most delicious meals we both have had in a long time.
