Yummy tacos. Chips are made offsite and are not guaranteed GF. Many options, just nothing fried.

Don’t eat the chips, churros or flour tortillas! Most other things are GF, but it isn’t marked on the menu and you have to ask. I had a delicious Power Bol with chicken and enjoyed it!

Most of the menu is gluten free. Menu items aren’t marked however here is an email from the restaurant with options:
All of our menu is gluten-free, with the exception of our Churros and flour tortillas.
There are a handful of items that have cross-contact with the same cooking oil used to prepare our Churros which include:
Brussels Sprouts
Crispy Empanadas
Chicken Flautas
Los Nachos
Seasonal Tostadas
Crispy Tortilla Strips (garnish on the Kale Caesar)

I’ve been here 4 times. The first 3 times I was assured that the chips were made in a dedicated fryer but still had a bad reaction. I had different meals each time, so I thought maybe that was the issue. My 4th time here I was informed that the chips are made in the same fryer as the churros, so not actually gluten free. Super cool.

A good number of gluten free options, not marked on the menu but the wait staff are knowledgeable and helpful; recommend the chicken tacos and salads.

It’s like 90% safe, which for me isn’t good enough but is maybe fine for some of y’all. They warned me when ordering that there’s mild cross contamination that many people are fine with, and I agree with that assessment. But I’m very sensitive and I probably wouldn’t choose the mild reaction I’m feeling now again

Food and service was not good, but I had no reaction here and had the Achiote chicken, beans, sweet potatoes, rice, chips and salsa/guacamole. Horchata too. Just let them know you’re celiac and they can make a note of it and have them avoid cross contamination.
