Excellent dinner at Fresco! Great service in a great location at Hilton Village. I had the pasta with lobster and shrimp, which had lots of both mixed in the creamy tomato sauce over gluten free pasta. They could make most dishes GF by subbing the pasta. My husband loved his gluten fettuccine Alfredo. Definitely recommend.

I ordered GF pasta/Bolognese, it was at best- edible. I was disappointed how expensive dinner was considering the taste of the food. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did in fact have GF pasta.

Friendly staff and they had gluten-free pasta. Our son tried their Pasta Alfredo but was not impressed unfortunately. Dry chicken and bad seasoning. But still a big plus for the pasta👍

I am celiac and I went in for breakfast, I let her know I had celiac so I asked what gluten free options were on the breakfast menu, in which she replied "sausage has lots of stuff in it, so you can probably have bacon..." She said the eggs were made in their own pan, but they tasted like day old fish, and within a few hours, I was sick... Don't recommend...

I read the reviews and called in advance to confirm that there was food that was available for my celiac family. They confirmed there was gluten free pasta and things could be modified to accommodate. But heads up…there is gluten free pasta available but it is cooked in the same water as the regular pasta. My celiac kids had mahi-mahi and the prime rib after a long discussion with the server about food prep. The food we had was delicious…not we expected going in though. I would go again as no one has gotten sick yet…just change my expectations:)

Excellent service and tasty food! Really appreciate the care they took to accommodate my daughter, who has celiac disease. They have gluten-free pasta, and the server double-checked with the chef to make sure our veggie side was also gluten-free (it was). Nice, classy ambiance. Sat at a table by an open window overlooking out into the resort, right above the ice cream shop (so the smell is fresh waffle cones wafting up was also a plus!). Would definitely come back again!

Excellent meal. Wait staff was very knowledgeable. I had mahi mahi the first night. Went back the second night and had the shrimp risotto. Both meals were wonderful. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I am Celiac and highly recommend avoiding the food here. I got the Prime Rib and used my Nina tester. All of the sauces and potatoes came back with Gluten Found. Be very careful if you eat here. I did eat the prime rib and their chopped salad minus salami, thank goodness I did not get sick. As I mentioned, proceed with caution.

Gluten free spiral noodles were fantastic in the Penne Ala Vodka and Spaghetti Ai Gamberi. All pasta can be accommodated into gluten free! Fantastic dinner and our server Sheldon was fantastic!

I’m celiac, I heard they have GF pasta. Other reviewers said their meals weren’t GF so I made sure our server knew. No GF items on the menu but they have gf pasta. I asked what I could have, she asked me what I wanted and she said it could be done. I asked her to double check, making sure there wouldn’t be any flour in the sauce or anything. It was filling, delicious, and I didn’t get sick. I had the Penne Ai Quattro with chicken.

Even thought they are in the Hilton Hawaiian Village, their prices are very reasonable.

Tons of GF options including GF pasta for many of their signature dishes. Andrew told me the chefs take celiac disease very seriously and was an all around great server.

I had the 4 cheese pasta with mushrooms. Yum.

Pasta was very good and I enjoyed the atmosphere but very extensive for a very small portion. I would definitely think about getting a side with a pasta dish, I was glad I did that! But still I gave it 3 stars because of the portion size :(

Wait staff seemed knowledgeable. Answered questions about cross contamination. 2 Nima tests came back positive for gluten. Spaghetti bolognese with gf pasta and Caprese. When my order came-gf pasta which was supposed to be penne-there was another type of pasta thrown in. How did they mess up the caprese?? Manager never came over.

Great Italian in Hawaii! seafood pasta was so good, gluten-free penne was aldente, wine sauce was excellent and seafood perfectly prepared. My husband had the veggie pasta arabiata, he loved it. Our waiter Clint was very accommodating and double checked with the chef on everything with a smile, he made the experince even better. Don't miss this place at the Hilton Hawaian Village! Would give 5 stars if they had gluten-free bread.

honestly it was a bit expensive, and apparently the only gf thing you can get is penne, albeit prepared like any of the other pasta options. says nothing about gf or celiac on the menus. brought our table bread with gluten before meal, nothing for me. my meal was pretty good, but I expected more based on the other reviews. more options, more knowledgeable server, more je ne sais quoi... I mean, why not spend your $$$ somewhere you're more comfortable?

The pasta primavera was very delicious!! Amazingly good. It was so good that I asked the server to ensure it was glutenfree!! It was spicy which was perfect for me but if you don't like spicy food then ask them to make it mild. Absolutely no issues with gluten cross contamination. They don't offer this option at lunch but chef was nice enough to accommodate us!! Loved it.

They had a few items for gluten free. The food was good and the wait staff was knowledge about gf. The only reason why I am rating this a 4 instead of 5 is that they run out of items early. We were there at 7 pm and they were out of the scallops risotto and other items. The cook really needs to have more on hand as I am not the first to comment on this.

Awesome food. Atmosphere just okay. Can't beat the feeling of security knowing what that your food is GF.

They ran out of gf pasta and didn't inform us until after we ordered, even though I asked right when we sat down about it. I ended up having the surf and turf. It was expensive and a very small portion. The service was also very slow and inattentive. Our waiter never even came back to check on how our meals were. A different waiter realized we'd been done for a while and took our plates. Definitely not worth the time or money.

Gluten Free penne pasta was delicious. There sausage does not contain bread crumbs so it is gluten free as well. Highly recommend this place.

This place is tucked away inside the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Excellent meal. Pasta was excellent! Had gf arrabiata pasta w shrimp. I thought the portions were normal... But not not super sized. Pricy but everything around this area is. It was our last night here - or I'd come back all the time !! So good. 4 stars bc service was slow... Otherwise excellent dinning experience

Ended up getting chicken alfredo with gluten free penne pasta. The pasta wasn't over cooked or anything, but the serving was pretty small and the prices were quite high. Based on what my party ordered, this wasn't exclusive to selections ordered gluten-free. It's in a touristy area so not too surprising.

Really enjoyed my meal and didn't get sick afterwards, but the prices are the main reason that I am not giving a higher review.

One of Honolulu's best restaurants hands down.- really nice ambiance. Staff very knowledgeable about GF options - almost anything on their menu can be adapted. My compliments to chef and management for making our GF meal very safe and satisfying.

Awesome gf spaghetti lunch with chianti. Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free. When I asked about the cooking procedures with the pasta, they said it's cooked in its own pot with its own water. They said they have about 2-3 tables every day where someone has to eat gluten free.
