Food was great, and according to the staff they are now fully gluten free facility. The owner has Celiac and decided to go all in. Loved the Cubano and got a Hippie to go. Great spot!

Fresh ingredients full of nutrients. Everything gluten free except tofu. Similar to Honest Mary’s and just as good. Large portions.

This place was fantastic! I ordered the Paleo Bowl and my husband ordered the El Cubano. I substituted shredded beets for the red cabbage with no problem. It was quite refreshing! Will definitely visit again.

It's always a good sign when the customer ahead of you shares how much they enjoy it and recommends items you don't want to miss, for instance the gluten free cheese croutons that are offered... and i agree, you'll want to try them!

Everything on the menu except for the tofu is gluten free. The owner has celiac and said he is very careful about cross contamination. There were lots of fresh options for making your own bowl and it was larger portions then I was expecting. I will definitely eat there again.

Amazing food! All but the tofu is gluten free and the staff was quick to inform me of that. It's a build your own bowl style with a carribean flare. Even my kids enjoyed picking just what they wanted from the line.

This place is amazing! Everything in here is gluten free except the tofu. The staff is very knowledgeable and informed me that the manager has celiac. I felt very safe here. The food was delicious end the juice was so good. My kids loved it too. I can’t want to go back.

Wow, I was so happy to find Fresco. The staff was so helpful and knowledgable about the menu. Only one item had gluten on the whole menu and they have many ingredients! Fryer is gluten free too! I am excited to have. this option in San Marcos!

This place has so many gluten free options. The tofu has gluten from the bbq sauce but otherwise you are safe with everything else. Food is awesome and just so happens to be healthy. They are also very on top of Covid protocols
