Great place. Dressings are GF and DF. Had the build your own salad and there was no extra charge for smoked wild salmon as one of the ingredients.
Hope they decide to open another one on Spokane's south hill where I live. I'll be a regular when I'm in the neighborhood.

Such an incredible restaurant. The food is just incredible! I’ve never had a bad meal here. Feeling safe is something that is so hard to do when going out to eat. So having places that care like this and designate their entire facility to people with diet restrictions is SO nice and such a hard thing to come by these days.

Headed to this restaurant for lunch yesterday with my celiac husband. The gal behind the counter greeted us and answered all my husbands questions. All items in the restaurant are gluten free, except for the fresh mushrooms which are grown in rye. The mushrooms are cut on separate cutting board, separate knife. We each ordered a hot bowl called the Sunshine Bowl. I added salmon to mine, he added chicken to his. Delicious and filling lunch. So nice to have more GF restaurant options. We will return!

Very delicious. Best salad I have ever had! Not to mention the sunshine bowl! They even took mushrooms off their menu since they could be grown on rye. Everything is gluten free and they even have some vegan options!
