The jurrasic cheese fries were the best thing I ate on this trip! The lady offered to clean the grill and said their celiac process took about 20 minutes. She seemed maybe a little annoyed but also offered to do it. The fries were crispy and the chipotle sauce on the side was definitely the way to go!

It wasn't on their official menu but when I was there I heard the chef yell out that he had one gluten free bun left so I hurried to the window and got the chicken sandwich. It was good but I think the bowl would have been more flavorful. Either way they have a lot of gluten free options, including gf buns if they don't run out and they have safe fries!

Amazing place! Dedicated fryer! The lady taking our order was very nice and understood celiac and was very reassuring. I got the chipotle cheese fries with steak and they were AMAZING! My gluten-eating bf got the steak sando and loved it.

So good! Lots of menu choices and the woman checking us out was knowledgeable about celiac and made suggestions. Also! Dedicated fryer! The only place on the island I’ve been able to eat French fries so far.

A lovely food truck. I had eaten there before the Celiac so I knew it would be delicious. When I told the cashier I was GF she asked if it was Celiac. She put it on the order, and whenI got my bowl, it came with a lid (the others didn't), it had Celiac written on it and the wonderful woman who handed it to me told me she changed gloves and cleaned everything so that I could feel safe eating it. It was so refreshing to have that level of care taken, especially in a tiny truck. They were out of purple sweet potatoes while we were there, which were a favorite on our first visit, so don't skip them if they're available!

They cleaned all surfaces, knives, changed gloves, and used the utmost care when we told them we had celiac. And, the loaded fries and salads were delicious, especially with the macadamia nut dressing!

So yummy! The only place I’ve found on island with a dedicated fryer that will make French fries.

Love the normal and sweet pot fries, the Buddha bowl is good and I’ve added steak. Get a side of their chimichurri, it’s so good!

The chef came out from the back and assured us they were taking safe measures to prep. The fryer was gluten free. They were fresh out of GF taro buns- bummer! The food was delicious. Steak and salads; sweet potato and regular fries. Not many younger folks taking orders in this town know what gluten is and take offense to asking but persevering here was worth it!

Best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. So many options AND they noted “celiac” on the takeout container!! 10/10, didn’t feel sick at all and I’m very sensitive. The bun here was incredible, not like a normal gf bun, you can tell they put in effort to actually make it taste amazing. The fries are gluten free and they were perfect. This is a must have if you’re visiting the north shore.

Great food truck! The whole kitchen is gluten free except they have gluten buns for sandwiches. I spoke to them and they said no gluten is cooked there. They changes gloves, washed hands and did a great job avoiding cc.

Super yummy and safe! Menu items are marked gluten free and there’s many salad bowl options and even gluten free buns available. They have only gf fried items so the fries were celiac safe! I got a salad bowl and the loaded fries and felt great afterwards. Other gluten eaters with me got wraps and were happy as well!

Our family has eaten here the past few days and food is amazing! The owner is very knowledgeable about celiac and cross-contamination. They changed gloves and we felt very safe eating here. Sensitive celiac daughter had no reactions. Chipotle cheese fries Jurassic style were yummy!

Great gluten free and vegan options. Very hearty, excellent salads. We’ve eaten here several times. One time they gf cookies sundaes.

Knowledgeable about gluten issues, menu is adaptable so additional food allergies can be considered. Lots of options, great food. Loved the sweet potato fries and salads, but other options too. Highly recommended!

I have eaten here two times and the people and the food were just great. I never can get french fries but here they make the best in a dedicated fryer. To go to a place with such concern for my health makes for a perfect meal. I highly recommend the chicken on a bed of lettuce and of course the french fries.

Little food truck with great food. Highly recommend the Kauaian bowl with added quinoa and local grass fed steak bites. Super flavorful and all the veggies and the steak bites were delicious and so fresh. There was a long line and then about 15 minute wait for the food after standing in line for 15 minutes. No complaints though, I’m happy to wait for freshly prepared food. Just a heads up that it’s not a quick grab and go place if you’re eating at peak lunch time. We will definitely be back.

Gluten free french fries! Aka dedicated GF fryer. We didn't have anything else here but were excited to have GF purple sweet potato fries.

Delicious and fresh! We went for breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised to find only one non-GF item on their breakfast menu. I split the Jurassic Bowl & Pineapple Sunrise Pancakes. Both were very satisfying and filling. Flavors were perfect!
