Everything gluten-free and some things are even grain free /keto. Amazing tasting food. Don’t miss the gluten there. Small portions for the price. Been there about a half dozen times -limited hours and limited menu- only open one night a week until eight Saturday (pizza night) -closed Mondays and Sundays. Closed for most of the Christmas/ New Year’s holiday break. Reopen Jan 3, 2019 . They’ve said that if you call them ahead of time they could allow you to pick up food weekdays after they close at four -possibly as late as six. They know how to make a lot of food that’s not on the menu -feel free to ask them to make you a special order - like their lasagna -they are often able to do catered orders with minimal lead time.

Dedicated GF cafe, vegan and soy free! Amazing food made by loving caring staff in the cutest cafe ever! They have a set menu with great sandwhiches, salads, fresh juices and smooyhies and always adding seasonal specials!! The tamale pie is my most favorite when available, the mushroom soup and of course the desserts.

The whole restaurant is gluten-free and vegan. I inquired about the oats used and the owner said they were certified. Everything was super tasty! We tried a guac-wich with pickled onions from the regular menu, and two specials--jackfruit "reuben" and lentil meatloaf with "mac and cheese." I'll update if I get sick, but the owner declared it all "celiac friendly"...here's hoping!

Yum! I went for their special vegan gluten-free thanksgiving dinner. It was amazing and had a few items off their normal menu (including their orange fennel salad). Very helpful staff and they can accommodate a lot of dietary restrictions. Definitely will be back!

Entire menu is gluten free (and vegan, dairy free, and soy free). Everything was really good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I just wish they were open later so I could stop in after work.
