This restaurant is not a dedicated facility, but the staff are very knowledgeable and are definitely willing to accommodate you. This restaurant is also geared toward a more health conscious demographic, so most of the dishes are either vegetable based or include a heavy amount of vegetables. I came here on my birthday and was a little wary (as I usually am when trying new places), but when I asked the employee running the cashier about their menu, their salads specifically, he said that most (not all) of the salads are gluten free, and if there was anything about the dish that needed to be altered, they would gladly do so if it was possible. Luckily, the salad I wanted was already gluten free, so there was not an issue with the ingredients, just with the preparation. You should definitely inform the restaurant if you have celiac or a gluten intolerance, just like you would at any other place, though. The food was great, healthy, well priced, and the staff was so friendly. The best part is obviously that the food was amazing, and I did not have a reaction. Highly, highly recommend.
