The wait staff was not knowledgeable about celiac or gluten at all. Brought out bread on the plate after telling them not to and was irritated that I couldn't just take it off and eat it. Actually told me there would be no bread crumbs because it was grilled bread, not toasted! Their menu could easily be adapted if they would educate their staff on allergy protocol.
