I am celiac and miss having donair. I tried this place out (ordered a donair chicken platter) as it had generally positive reviews about being gluten free. When ordering, I was told that my order was gluten free and not to worry. Unfortunately, I ended up getting sick later that night. Food was very tasty and large portions for what you order but I won’t be going back.

After reading reviews here, I tried it out. I asked the man behind the counter if it was safe for celiacs to eat here. He didn’t know what celiac was. He brought out (who I assumed was) the owner from the back, who assured me it would be safe and he’d watch over the making of my order himself to make sure. I got very sick later that night.
