I honestly thought there would be more GF options here since it is poke bowls which are made of rice and fish. The menu lists which sauces are GF which is nice, but you are limited to only a few sauces. The worker was nice enough to tell me not to get certain foods as well due to cross contamination. Still yummy, just couldn’t get what I used to due to the sauces. My guess is they have soy sauce in them, making them not GF.

Food was delicious and staff was very knowledgeable. They provided us with a gluten free menu and were able to accommodate all requests. Highly recommend!

Gluten "friendly", NOT gluten free. I found that out the hard way. If you are a sensitive celiac like me, this is not your place to dine. Restaurant was particularly cold, which was unwelcome on a cold day. Prices were pretty high; just to get 1/4 lb. of chicken added to a bowl, it is over $8 after tax. I found the staff to be courteous, but due to the after effects I encountered, I cannot recommend this establishment to celiacs.

Everything clearly labeled, fresh and delicious. Regular size bowls are plenty filling. GF items clearly marked and they are happy to customize. Gluten items present though do potential for cross contamination.
