Amazing, amazing smoothie bowls. We went both days for breakfast when in Portsmouth for the weekend. Had the Arnold and the Blueberry Pie. My favorite part was the variety of toppings you can add to each bowl (up to 4). Granola, coconut flakes, and hemp hearts all delicious. Dedicated GF and DF. A little tough on the wallet, but worth it.

I stopped by twice while traveling recently. They take food allergies very seriously. They will change gloves. They will sanitize a blender for smoothies. They will make a custom salad dressing without your allergen. The food was delicious.

Everything in the place is both dairy, and. Gluten free. The food is also fresh, and organic. The staff was upbeat, and helpful.

They offer green/ grain bowls, you can add chicken, or tofu. They have fresh juices, açaí bowls, smoothies, desserts, chia pudding, etc kombucha

I will definitely be back!!
