Review of Fresh Rolls Fircrest

I’m celiac and have never gotten sick after eating here. The tofu fresh rolls are my favorite thing. I have not tried the salad or gf noodle bowl yet. I asked to make sure the peanut sauce dip was gf and was told yes. I’m thankful we have this option in town. It’s not extremely fast because the food is made fresh to order but you can call ahead which I did once and it was ready when I got there.
