They make effort but several times in a row a friend and I got glutened. Love it but not worth the risk

NIMA tested their GF Thai Basil and seaweed salad, both tested negative. Both were delicious. Have only eaten here a few times over the years, never any issues with gluten. They have some of the best pad thai around. The dishes were each brought out separately from the rest of our party, so they are attentive to the allergy (I always say it's a serious contact allergy when ordering anywhere). Wish the servers could communicate better how they maintain it's safety, versus just saying it's gluten free (they should be able to readily tell you how they prep the food to avoid cross contamination). It is the lack of server training in making you feel at ease with how they prep the food that I gave 4 not 5 stars. They do have a gluten free menu which does help with ordering.

Reliably delicious food with gluten-free options always available. Once in a while their servers are uncertain about the ingredients, which is frustrating, but the vast majority of the times I've had no problem.
