The woman in the shop was absolutely delightful to visit with. She was extremely knowledgeable about every item in the shop and about gluten sensitivities. She said every item in the case is gluten free except for two truffles. They are made in the same kitchen with gluten containing ingredients, but NOT on the same surface. If you’re extra sensitive, she said the vegan truffles were made in a gluten free environment. She will even allow you to taste test the aged port wine before purchasing to make sure you like it! Wonderful experience if nothing else, and the chocolates themselves were fantastic!
