Wait staff was not knowledgeable concerning gluten or any gluten free options and simply answered “I don’t know” and didn’t offer to ask or find a manager or who might be able to provide service to a customer who wanted to spend money at their establishment. Will not be eating here based on both service and unreliability of any options.
