The ice-cream flavors, vanilla, chocolate and mint chocolate chip chip are gluten-free. You have to be careful there because even if you say you have celiac disease, they may not understand. You have to ask go open a new tub of ice-cream, wash the spoon and to put new gloves on. THE CHERRIES AND WHIP-CREAM ARE NOT GF!!!! But i never got sick there but you could.
