Fritangas Mexican Restaurant Silverthorne

When we arrived, I spoke with the waitress asking if they could provide a gluten free meal, explaining that I needed to be gluten free, it was not just a preference. She pointed out three items on their extensive menu that were safe - enchiladas, fajitas and soup. I asked about the seasoning on the fajitas and was told that there was no wheat or gluten used. I had one bite and my first thought was that they tasted like soy sauce. I asked about the seasoning again, and she bought out the bottles of the liquid seasoning they used and one of them clearly stated wheat as an ingredient.

Definitely not safe if you are celiac or gluten intolerant.

The waitress was very knowledgeable and had a couple substitutions for the enchilada sauce that's not gf. The green sauce was delicious. The menu clearly labels anything made with flour. This is by far the best Mexican food I've found in Colorado.
