They don't have a dedicated fryer for their fries and they NEVER mentioned it.

Good gf buns and burgers but fries arent safe if celiac. Probably cross contamination for the buns.
I should have known I was in trouble when the waitress returned to our table about 5 minutes after taking our order, asked if I was "Celiac or just gluten free?" and then got wide-eyed and immediately took off running back to the kitchen when I told her I had celiacs disease. But against my better judgement since this was the only place that was open so late, I stuck it out and got the poulet grille, an unremarkable but pleasant grilled chicken sandwich, with no fries because the fryer is not dedicated. The bun held together fairly well, which is saying a lot about gluten free rolls, but was more like a stale ciabatta. I left with an itchy throat and indigestion - a happily mild reaction for me - but it was not an enjoyable experience overall.
No
GF buns and burgers. Don't know if fryers are dedicated to fries.
Didn’t eat here because not celiac safe. Fries share a frier. Bread shares a cutting board

Frier is not safe. I used to love this place!!
They confirmed that their poutine gravy is gluten free and it never made me sick. I can’t say if it’s celiac safe though. They used to have gluten free buns for burgers but they don’t anymore. They told me they lost their supplier but it’s been months :(

They use fresh fries and a dedicated frier only for fries to eliminate cross contamination. Plus, their fries are absolutely delicious!
