This bakery currently has 3 gluten free cookie options and working on more. There’s a dedicated oven and the cookies are chewy, light, and delicious. My mom has celiac and has eaten these cookies multiple times with no issues. Highly recommend both the chewy chocolate walnut and the pecan nugget cookies!
