Ordered a gluten free burger (gf bun) and they dropped a few fried onions in my Togo container from a different order. When I called and explained my entire burger was now cross contaminated and I couldn’t eat it, the cook manager said he had someone who had ordered a gf bun earlier that day and also ordered french fries (which could be cross contaminated), so he assumed I could have some of those fried onions dropped into my box too. 😑🤷♀ He was rude and completely ignorant. Don’t recommend if you have an allergy or intolerance.

I’ve eaten at FTH many times. I have celiac and can’t say it’s 100%, but they have many GF options and try. They can adjust anything. My favs are the black and bleu salad, no crouton, of course (singular, it’s unique). Burgers with gf bun or udis bread. Kettle chips. Yakuza (sp?) bowl, sub the teriyaki for oil/vinegar and jalapeño ranch. It’s my go-to when we need to eat out. Always delicious and always great service.

Came in 3 times while in town. I have a gluten allergy. The first girl was fantastic and looked up everything in the sandwich I was wanting and helped me make the best choice for myself. Enjoyed a lunch with friends and was fine. Came in a couple days later for breakfast and the person helping me seemed less sure about herself and I believe the GF toast was toasted in a gluten toaster and I was sick. On the way out of town my husband stopped to get me a repeat of my first lunch for the drive home and the bread was toasted again (it wasn’t the first time) and I didn’t feel well after eating it. I think it’s a great option for a town this size but I think a little more training for staff is required.
Staff was fantastic an salad was out of this world. They were careful about contamination. Generous portions and everyone said they loved their meal.
Yes
Was told by staff that there is no cross contamination prevention at all. Pretty annoyed after seeing got reviews on here and coming all the way here.

BLT side salad & kettle chips are great as a snack or small lunch and is safe for celiac. The downtown location has employees that are celiac. They are well informed and always go the extra mile to provide me with a safe meal.

The food is excellent. Not every option is gluten free, the tomato basil soup and the turkey club I tried were both fantastic!

Great food and service and love that local vibe
We are only gluten sensitive. However, we were able to eat the bowls. They were delicious and no reaction!! We are also dairy free, it was great that they had goat cheese and almond milk as alternatives!!
