Review of Frost Me Cafe and Bakery

Stopped in here for lunch and was…disappointed. The only items they had that could be made gluten free were the sandwiches. They made them over a salad instead. They recommended the BLT as a salad and well. It really was a hunk of lettuce with some oil and bacon and that was it! Not worth the $16 I paid by any means. Safe for gluten free but be aware you’re gonna be eating a sad salad here!
