One of my go to lunch spots! Absolutely MUST try the Havana latte. Unfortunately they took my fav meal off the menu, but still lots of gluten free options and just about anything can be made gluten free if requested.

The gluten free bread option here is terrible. Unbelievably crumbly and bland. I couldn’t even eat the sandwich with a fork and knife because it crumbled into the the smallest little bits ever. The slices themselves are also obnoxiously thick, I don’t know how I’d even bite the sandwich if it did manage to hold its form.

AMAZING!! The owner has Celiac, so they were very respectful and had lots of options. They have gluten-free bread/toast and muffins, and lots of breakfast items. Not to mention their coffee is amazing!

My cousin and I went to Frothy Monkey and we had dairy and gluten restrictions. The waitress was knowledgeable about cross contamination and ensured both of us had meals we could enjoy. Their gluten free bread is delicious!

Really wonderful service, they offered to cook my order in a completely separate pan and have staff change gloves etc. it is a shared kitchen, but the food is delicious and the staff is friendly!

So many gluten-free options. -pancakes (only gluten free) - breads (A little crumbly but really good) - non-carb options (eggs, potatoes, avocado)

SUPER good lattes and unique options. I got the hummingbird and Maddie got the lady lavender latte with oat milk & said it was her favorite latte ever.
