I worked at this establishment and know the kitchen very well. Gluten free bread and muffins are available at no extra cost, but it is not made in a dedicated facility. The regular pancakes on the menu are gluten free. Kitchen staff is not knowledgeable about gluten intolerances/sensitivities and often cuts everything on the same cutting board. There is no separate prep space or cooking space. On top of that, I was told by kitchen staff that a menu item was gluten free and only found out after serving it to a Celiac customer and eating it myself that it contained All-purpose flour. Do not eat at this restaurant if you have Celiac, you will get sick. The gluten free bread is tasty if toasted, but dry and crumbly when cold. I have had the gluten free bread multiple times and have had issues with it each time. Would not recommend for anyone with a severe allergy-/intolerance.

Their digital menu does have a gluten free section that tells you what can be modified for GF.
I have celiacs, got the turkey sandwich on their gluten free bread and fruit in the side, it was delicious and no stomach issue at all. You can even order their bread from the bakery!
