Separate gluten free menu. I got the burger and fries, fries are fried in a shared fryer. Yummy

I had a bacon omelette with gf toast. Both were good and no reaction. The waitress was knowledgeable about the gf menu.

I just had a ham and cheese omelette with GF toast, and it was great. I have had their GF pasta with chicken in the past, and that has been very tasty as well. I have never had any reaction from food there, and have at a few other restaurants. I trust their food from GF menu.

Offers a gluten free menu and have toast and buns but NOTE the toast is toasted in the same toaster as regular bread and the buns are also toasted on the same fryer as their regular bread so it’s not really gluten free. Disappointed to hear this as we were excited to see the menu. Update (week following visit): I did write the main manager an email and they wrote back a very apologetic email say they would rectify the issue and make sure the gf bread they buy stays gf. Even saying they need to provide not only a gf toaster but work space, knife and butter etc to prepare the bread! :-) Check before you order to see they actually follow thru with their promise but I was pleased with his response!!!
We've been getting omlets at Fry'N Pan for a while now. If told in advance, they do a really good job. Now they have a gluten free menu available with a gluten free bun for burgers. Since Fry'N Pan is one of the few 24 hour restaurants in Fargo/Moorhead, this is very exciting!

Great meal! I've had a rough trip, getting sick multiple times from restaurants. This place had a separate menu that had all the info. My burger was amazing.

They no longer have the gluten free menu but they do offer meals with gluten free buns or bread but you have to ask. I had the patty melt on gf bread and it was so good

I ordered the gluten free Cajun chicken Alfredo saying I had an allergy to tell the kitchen to be careful cooking it. It tasted great! But partly through I noticed there were some spaghetti noodles mixed in with my rotini noodles. I asked my address if she knew if it was cooked in shared pots and she said she wasn't sure what happened, she took my plate and came back about 5 minutes later with another plate saying she made it herself. Halfway through this plate I noticed spaghetti noodles again. Not sure what to think. I'll update in 3 hours if I get sick, we'll actually tomorrow cause I'll be sick all day. If I don't update, assume all is well.

Couldn’t find anything on the app in the area for breakfast so we took a chance on this place we’re usually pretty lucky with eggs. To our surprise they had a gluten free menu that included toast so happy
