I tried to order gluten-free here and the cashier confidently said “no, we dont have gluten free soy sauce” and gave me zero options. I had to walk out and eat elsewhere. It’s always possible the cashier didn’t know what he was talking about, but he seemed confident.

The staff knew exactly what I needed when I requested a GF hibachi. They used GF soy sauce and confirmed my meal as GF before serving it to me. I have eaten several hibachi and sushi items here and haven’t been sick!
